The only sport for nonprofits is in its second round and heating up as nonprofits strive to gain points and make it to the supported 16. While Printing Partners began sponsoring the event previously, the beginning of the 2017 tournament marked the beginning of a longtime relationship with the organization as the Official Printer of Brackets for Good. Our very own Marketing Manager, Mallory MacDermott, is even involved in BFG as a volunteer in the events committee.
Brackets For Good is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to introduce and encourage people to participate in local philanthropy. BFG chose to address this mission by capitalizing on the country’s obsession with March Madness, hosting single-elimination, bracket-style fundraising tournaments to help raise funds and awareness for nonprofit organizations of all sizes. In 2017, Brackets For Good expanded its reach from 5 to 11 local tournaments in the following cities: Indianapolis, Louisville, St. Louis, Ann Arbor Area, Twin Cities, Hartford, Baltimore, Denver, Cincinnati, Nashville, and Miami. Additionally, they have secured a National Brackets For Good tournament with participants spanning across 31 states.
