Transform, again.

To make multiple objects the same size: size one object, the select the rest and choose Object > Transform Again > Transform Sequence Again Individually. Now you don’t have to do each manually!

Resize frames with a double click

In CS3 or later, you can double-click the bounding box points to resize a frame to an image. If you use a corner point, the frame will resize to show the full image. If you use one of the top or side points, the frame will resize to either the height or width of the image.

Change the look of your text with simple keystrokes

Text size: Select the text you want to manipulate, then press Command + Shift + < or >. < will decrease the font size by two points, > will increase by two points.

Leading: Select the text then press Option + Up Arrow or Down Arrow to increase or decrease the leading between lines.

Tracking: Select the text then press Option + Left Arrow or Right Arrow to increase or decrease the tracking between letters.

Add metadata to your files

To search for your documents better in Bridge, you can create metadata within your InDesign documents. Go to File> File Info. The metadata will also show up when you export PDF files.
